We finally got our heat wave. Too bad it came when I have so much cooking to do. Made a meatloaf and chicken/rice casserole, cooked bacon for blts and did more shopping. Too bad they over cooked while I was sorting food at Peggy’s. Is it meatloaf or bricks? Now we’re heading out to the last seminar (on weather and what to expect) and I’ll be bringing my lists for working on prep.
